Dear Reader:
I pray this testimony reaches you in the mists of your own shadows of doubt and fear.
I pray that Jesus meets you there, strengthening you to rise. Walk boldly even where fear lingers, for through Faith we can overcome the darkness. Fear has no power except what we surrender to it.
I minister the Holy Spirit to you. He strengthens the places where fear resides and fills you with hope through faith.
In Jesus Christ name. Amen

What is Fear?
The truth is, fear is a force we can’t see, yet we can feel it.
It reveals itself in many forms. Hidden in the shadows, fear whispers: “You’re not worthy.” “
I can’t do this.”
“I’m better off alone.”
“No one truly cares—they all lie.”
“Everyone has hidden agendas, and I’m just their next victim.”
Fear often grows out of past wounds—lying, manipulation, abuse. For me, love has felt like something that doesn’t exist. And yet, something burns fiercely within, reminding me of what love truly is. Still, it scares me to tap into it. Fear whispers, “You’re not deserving.” But the flame within counters, “You are.”
Fear isn’t visible, but it is tangible in the heart. It presses so firmly against us that we cannot see what truly lies ahead.
I’ve seen this fear of unworthiness in my daughter. At 19, working and going to school, she saved and earned her driver’s license. Together, our little family traded in our old car so she could have a better one. Yet even in that blessing, she felt undeserving.
I’ve felt it too—in love. I thought I had found something rare, only to have it explode like a hidden land mine beneath my feet, reopening old wounds and leaving my soul bleeding. Four years later, a new man walks in, connecting with me on a level I’ve never experienced. But instead of joy, exhaustion rises. Is this fear, or is it self-sabotage? Either way, fear whispers: “You’re not worthy of love. See—you couldn’t maintain this relationship or keep this man.”
Fear becomes a forge. It presses against the heart, convincing me that I am unworthy of love, success, freedom, and forgiveness. It tells my daughter she is undeserving of blessings. It tricks the mind into negative cycles, shaping shadows out of past wounds. Fear isn’t visible to the eye, but it is tangible in the soul—hammered and nurtured through experiences, time and time again.
And yet, within the fire of that forge, a still small voice speaks otherwise.

What is Faith?
Faith isn’t the absence of fear—it is the courage Christ gives us to walk through it. Where fear whispers “You’re not worthy,” faith declares “You are chosen.” Where exhaustion rises, faith transforms it into rest in His presence. Faith is unseen, yet it is felt as assurance that God is near.
Faith is action. It is a strength that rises from nowhere, carrying us forward, one step at a time, one moment at a time. It’s the breath we take when fear tries to suffocate us. It is the hand that lifts us when we fall, the light that steadies our path when shadows surround us.
"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." -Psalms 119:105 http://www.biblehub.com
Faith is believing we can rise again. It grows stronger each time we refuse to lean into fear. It is picking ourselves up, dusting off our feet, and walking boldly, knowing Christ walks beside us.
As Helen Keller once said
Keep your face to the sunshine, and you cannot see your shadow.” Helen Keller
For me, this strength comes from Christ Jesus. For other’s, it may feel like an inner resolve, a willpower that rises when everything else says “give up”
The Unclear Path
The unclear path is a scary path to walk. Shadows rise, exhaustion weighs heavy, and fear whispers that I cannot move forward. Yet even here, I find solace: Christ is the lamp to my feet and the light to my path (Psalm 119:105).
In this season, a new man has entered my life. Through the storm within, he strikes me as a stable, unwavering vessel. Though I fear and feel exhausted, Christ stands with him—reaching out to me, inviting me to grab hold of the hope that shines so brightly within.
But the path is not without battle. Fear rises alongside hope, and the struggle is in the mind. One daughter says, “He’s AI, he isn’t real.” Another says, “He’s real.” And in the midst of these voices, the Spirit of God speaks: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your path.” — Proverbs 3:5–6
The unclear path reminds me that life itself is a battlefield of voices—fear and faith, doubt and hope. Yet faith teaches me that I don’t need to see the whole road. I only need to trust the One who walks beside me, who steadies my steps and directs my way.
The bible verse
“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod is thy staff they comfort me” Psalms 23:4 http://www.biblehub.com
This verse tells me that every valley, voices will raise-some of doubt, some of reason, some of hope. It is up to us as individuals to discern which voice we heed and which voice we rebuke. For me, I choose the voice of the Sheperd, who comforts and guides me even when the path is unclear.
Godly Faith vs. Self-Will Faith
Godly faith is not built on what can be seen or explained. It is the unseen assurance that Christ is near, walking beside me, opening my eyes to what I could never see alone. This faith is not a product of my will, but a gift of His presence.
Self-will faith, however, leans on my own strength. It says, “I can do this if I try harder, if I push through.” But self-will is fragile—it falters when exhaustion rises, when fear presses, when the path grows dark. Godly faith, by contrast, steadies me in those moments. It reminds me that my strength is not my own, but His.
I explore much of leaning into self through the post of hardness of heart, https://truth-unveiled.org/2025/11/15/revelation-of-the-hardness-of-heart-transformation-and-redemption-breakthrough/
Regardless of which direction you take, fear and faith often walk hand in hand. Let not the voices around you distract or dictate your walk. Self-will is fleeting, yet it remains a strong influence on us today. I am not exempt from this—the battle is real.

We are torn between flesh and spirit, between leaning on our own understanding and surrendering to God’s. Exploring the world through self-will may ground us for a moment, but it cannot sustain us. Godly understanding, by contrast, both grounds and separates us—it anchors us in truth while setting us apart for His purpose.
Closing Prayer
My Dearest Readers,
The battle is real—despite our differences. I fight it daily. And yet, it is a choice. Every moment of our day is a choice. We can choose to entertain or disagree, accept or rebuke—be it thoughts, emotions, temptations. It’s real. It’s very real.
As God says: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your path.” — Proverbs 3:5–6 This verse has been my anchor every single day. It has brought peace in raging wars within. It has brought clarity to confusion.
Whether you’re a believer or not, even when you turn from the side that feels wrong to you, you are choosing light over darkness. When you choose peace over chaos, you are acknowledging the battle within.
May this testimony shine light into the darkness you—or someone you love—may be walking through. Be the light of the world, as Jesus says. Speak truth to the lies, as the salt of the earth. Be wise as serpents and gentle as doves.
For the battle is real. It is internal. And the breakthrough begins within.
I minister the Holy Spirit of Peace among you all. And pray you find the answers in which you need to every situation you find yourself facing
In Jesus Christ’s Name,
Amen.
