Made-to-Order Items:
All products in this store are made-to-order through our production partners. Because each item is created specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please reach out through our contact form within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue so we can work with our production partner to provide a replacement at no additional cost.
No Physical Returns
Items do not need to be physically returned. Our production partners handle replacements directly based on photographic evidence of the issue.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production. Because items are made-to-order, production begins shortly after purchase.
